Refund & Return Policy

We love our customers and want you to love your purchases — without the stress of being stuck with an item you're not happy with. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and aim to provide top-notch service so you're always happy shopping with us.

Return Window

Refined Rigs accepts returns on items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • The item has no visible signs of damage or use
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Any sign of use or damage will void the Refined Rigs guarantee

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

For any returns or exchanges, please email support@refinedrigs.shop with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your return or exchange

We'll handle your request based on the rules outlined on this page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to:

  • Confirm we've received the returned item
  • Let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved, your refund is credited to your original payment method. Processing time between financial institutions is typically 2–8 business days (this is bank-side, not on our end). If you haven't received the refund after that window, email us at support@refinedrigs.shop and we'll investigate.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email support@refinedrigs.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the outer shipping packaging

We verify the reporting window using the carrier's tracking and delivery confirmation. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you and cover all associated shipping.

Manufacturing Warranty

Refined Rigs products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that develop under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Damage from customer modifications or misuse

To make a warranty claim, email support@refinedrigs.shop with your order number, photos of the fault, and the date you first noticed it. We'll review and respond within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address at Checkout

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, we can update it provided the package hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we're unable to redirect or replace the order, and cannot offer a refund for deliveries sent to an incorrect address caused by customer input. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
